  • Side-stepping Social Food Pressure
  • Identifying Non-Hunger Cues That Cause You to Eat (and How to Respond to Them Without Using Food)
Each week will also incorporate practical cooking ideas to try, focus foods, and a written component to play with on your own time. You will walk away with practical, lasting steps to find ease and enjoyment with food, rather than stress, guilt, and endless restriction. (I think we can all agree that the latter is absolutely no fun at all.)
