Our next program - Fuel Your Fabulous Life - begins Wednesday March 5th. Coaching calls take place on the following evenings at 8:00pm EST.

  • Understand and reduce your cravings and food obsession
  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • Learn about new foods and how to incorporate them
  • Improve your personal relationships

  • Benefit from the support of a group of like-minded people
  • Find renewed confidence to live the life you want

 Our group coaching includes:

  • A personalized one-on-one session with Amy to identify your goals, create a strategy, and set you up for success 
  • Two 60-minute group sessions by phone per month for three months
  • Email support between sessions
  • Access to a private online forum
  • Resources, including deliciously simple recipes
  • Coaching and support to make the changes you want
