My standard weekly meal plans are available for 1-, 2-, or 4-week periods, providing you with the guidelines on what to eat, how to eat it, and how much of it to procure, all in the name of overcoming food decision paralysis. We all know that a lack of preparedness can lead us down the slippery slope of bad takeout and ice-cream-for-dinner. (I've been there!)
Each guideline includes a day-by-day breakdown of a variety of nutritious, whole foods. Please specify when ordering if you'd like a plan that is vegan or paleo. All plans are gluten-free. Each plan includes flexibility for your specific tastes with the addition or subtraction of certain ingredients. Plus, there are 'flex days' woven throughout to account for meals out, etc.
