Exciting news, From the Ground Up crew! I've started creating recipes for an awesome online meal delivery service called Plate Joy -- and man alive, is it {foodie} joyful! They provide the ability to craft your own custom meal plan, which is delivered weekly (different goodies every time!). The ingredients arrive pre-portioned along with a simple recipe to follow, to feed you and your family throughout the week, and everything takes just 5-30 minutes to make. The best part? Everything on the site is extra good for you! Consider it Amy-approved (and I am picky).

You can choose from a variety of plans, whether you're looking for strictly plant-based, vegetarian, gluten-free, kid-friendly, paleo... a whole range of options, in whatever combination of meals makes sense for you. (Just want 10 snacks for the week? They'll do that, too!)

I'm sharing a few of my featured recipes on the site here for you to try at home. It's like a little sneak peek of what the service has to offer -- especially what I mentioned about everything being super simple. :0)

This Pineapple Kale Smoothie Bowl with Chia Seeds has a little more sugar than I usually include in my posts here, but it's a great intro green smoothie if you're not in a place where romaine, celery and kale (alone) are your thing. Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking. If you skip the banana, use extra-ripe plantain or up the coconut milk and add a little almond milk to keep it nice and creamy.

Remember this Superfood Smoothie Bowl from the fall?

Check out more from Plate Joy, and stay tuned for more guest{ish} posts on the blog.
